Saturday Morning Coffee Run

Join us every Saturday morning at 7:00 am at the store for our weekly Coffee Run.   Enjoy a 3-5 mile workout and join us for a coffee & conversation post-workout!

Suggested mileage based on October/November Full Marathons:

Saturday 7/21 -  Up to 8 Miles

Saturday 7/28 -  Up to 13 Miles

Saturday 8/4 - Up to 14 Miles

Saturday 8/11 - Up to 16 Miles

Saturday 8/18 - Up to 18 Miles

Saturday 8/25 - Up to 13 Miles

Saturday 9/1 - Up to 20 Miles

Saturday 9/8 - Up to 16 Miles

Saturday 9/15 - Up to 20 Miles

Saturday 9/22 - Up to 12 Miles

Saturday 9/29 - Up to 20 Miles
