Yoga for Runners

 Yoga is a great way to improve mobility and strength in the body, but it also improves focus and invites you to connect with your breath which brings you into the present moment.  This practice will help you to discover a sense of balance both on the mat and off.  Learn how to optimally align your body as well as safely stretch and open those parts of the body that get tight from running, walking or just life in general.

Practice will be led by certified Yoga Instructor, Kerri Marchionni.    

Space is limited so RSVP if you plan on attending.
