Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Training Program is for YOU!!! This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. You'll also benefit from having the support of a large group of participants, mentors, and coaches on every group run.
Cost is $85 for this program, and we will be training for the Long Beach Half-Marathon on October 8th. This will be a 10 week program and is suitable for all levels. Program begins on July 24th. Group runs will be held on Wednesdays at 7:30am and Saturdays at 7:00am.
