Are you curious about training for a Marathon? Do you want to run with a group and learn more about what it takes to "go the distance?" The "Marathon Experience" training program will offer participants the option to train for a full marathon. However, if you are not sure if you want to commit to that distance, we invite you to join our group and we will help you train for YOUR goal race.
We'll meet as a group twice during the week, and once on the weekend for long runs. You'll benefit from having the support of a large group of participants, mentors, and coaches on every group run. You'll also learn how to properly fuel for your race, avoid common mistakes, supplement your running with strength work and cross training, and much, much more!
